At the request of industry, Ad Standards Clearance Services has developed a logo that may be affixed to advertising materials that have been reviewed by and received approval from Ad Standards Clearance Services in the categories listed below. This logo may be used in all forms of media provided that the advertisement was reviewed and approved by Ad Standards in its final, as-produced form. The use of the logo does not extend to variations or similar materials not reviewed and approved by Ad Standards in their final, as-produced form.

Nonprescription Drugs, Natural Health Products & Medical Devices: This advertisement was reviewed and approved by Ad Standards Clearance Services against the regulations and guidelines applicable to marketed health products including the Food and Drugs Act and RegulationsNatural Health Products RegulationsMedical Devices Regulations, the Consumer Advertising Guidelines for Marketed Health Products.

Prescription Drug Advertising (DTCA): This advertisement was reviewed and approved by Ad Standards Clearance Services against the Food and Drugs Act and Regulations, Health Canada Notice: Product Package Representations in Branded Prescription Drug Reminder Ads Directed to Consumers and the Health Canada Policy: Advertising Campaigns of Branded and Unbranded Messages.
