The advertisement promotes the sale or availability of an alcoholic beverage or the availability of alcoholic beverages and includes descriptive or qualifying claims (e.g. any tagline is a descriptive or qualifying claim). Submit only one advertisement per submission.
Sponsorship review The advertisement is limited to naming, illustrating or identifying alcoholic beverages and/or its price, but includes no descriptive or qualifying claims or representations about the product. Submit only one advertisement per submission.
Concept assessment A concept assessment allows for a general overview of a concept or campaign, usually before developping formal creative.

Committee Review - 48 hr
Expedited review by the Children's Committee of a finished, ready to air commercial. Script and final video are required. Submit only one advertisement per submission.
Committee Review - Meeting Review by the Children's Committee of a finished, ready to air commercial at a regularly scheduled meeting. Script and final video are required. Submit only one advertisement per submission.
Concept assessment A concept assessment allows for a general overview of a concept or campaign, usually before developping formal creative.
Late Tag of Approved Movie A tag for an already approved movie. Please include the approval number in your notes. Submit only one advertisement per submission.
Renewal Ad Standards Children’s Clearance Numbers are valid for one year. Advertisers wishing to continue to broadcast following number expiry must resubmit their commercial for re-evaluation. Please include the previous order number and/or approval number in the notes. Submit only one advertisement per submission.
Script evaluation A review a script, storyboard or rough-cut prior to final commercial production. Ad Standards will provide written advice as to whether or not the submission complies with the Children’s Code. This preliminary evaluation does not guarantee final Committee clearance. Submit only one advertisement per submission.
