How To...
Access Your New Login Credentials
All existing clearance clients received new login credentials by email from ITsupport@adstandards.ca on November 15 or 16. You must use these credentials to access the new portal.
If you are not able to find the email with your new login credentials in your inbox or junk folder, please email ITsupport@adstandards.ca.
You may also reset your password by entering the email and username associated with your account, if you have that information available.
Reset Your Password
- Visit the login page and click "Reset Password."
- Enter your email and username. If you do not know your username, please email ITsupport@adstandards.ca.
- Check your email for a message from ITsupport@adstandards.ca with your new password. Save this password for future use.
Note: For security reasons, the system requires the use of system-generated passwords to ensure the highest level of protection against breaches, so custom passwords cannot be used. To simplify the process, we recommend saving the generated password securely in a password manager for easy access.

Open, Completed and Incomplete Orders
Submissions made between January 1, 2023 and November 14, 2024, have been migrated to the new portal. Once logged in, you can access these orders on the Clearance Submissions page.
Ad Standards is not able to accommodate requests to view files that predate the January 1, 2023 cut-off.
Open Order Status
Submissions with the following statuses are available to view under Open Orders:
- Attention Required
- Number Transfer
- Pending
- Resubmit Requested
- Resubmitted
Completed Order Status
Submissions with the following statuses are available to view under Completed Orders.
- Approved
- DTC Reviewed
- In Compliance
- Inactive Closed
- Not in Compliance
- Rejected
- Reviewed
Incomplete Orders
Orders that are incomplete are available to view on the Dashboard. These include orders missing one or more critical components and required attention from the submitter.

For Health Products advertising submissions, some of our requirements have changed. Please read the following additional requirements and considerations to ensure your submission goes as smoothly as possible.
Alerts
Express service submissions after 5pm
Express services, where offered, are only available on the day of submission until noon.
If you require Express (same-day) Service and it is after 5PM Eastern Time, please wait until the next business day to submit.
