Volunteer Opportunities

If you enjoy advertising and are interested in helping to ensure that Canadian advertising meets the advertising industry’s self-regulatory standards, we invite you to apply for a volunteer position on one of Ad Standards' Councils or Committees.

The Children’s Clearance Committee (Toronto) reviews and approves children’s broadcast advertising to ensure it complies with the provisions of the Broadcast Code for Advertising to Children. The Standards Councils are the independent bodies that adjudicate consumers' complaints about advertising under the Canadian Code of Advertising Standards and operate in both Toronto and Montreal.
